And the camera very low give imo an advantage to Shawne's peak of head because he's closer to the camera. Steven's eyes are higher than Shawner's eyes even if Steven is the most distant to the camera. For me Steven is logically a little bit taller than Shawne by one good inch.

He should rearrange it. Seagal has a bit of a lean himself but I think the camera enhanced it a bit more with some distortion, maybe a bit of pincushion. Sometimes there is minimal distortion in photos, other times there could be some pincushion or barrel effects. Think of this photo and the vertical side of the piano - Click Here. If there is distortion in the lens which could also effect one side slightly more than the other or somebody is closer to one edge of the frame, you could have a person who is standing quite straight in a photo appear they have a lean, much like the edge of the Piano has.
Imagine Seagal was in that photo standing vertically and on left of frame - the camera could add a 2 degree lean to the photo. The taller you are and closer to the edges of a frame, the more pronounced it might be.
I know the top of Rob's head is at the tip of his nose which is what a guys nose ususually is, but I see just 6 inches between the top of their heads. I think it's a full inch. Meaning I doubt Seagal is shorter than him or even his height. If he was exactly the same distance to the camera than Steven,his peak would look lower than here imo.
Steven's and shawne's eyes wich are more face to face to the camera than the peak of their heads confirm me it's just my opinion Steven is a little bit taller than Shawne,by around one inch imo. And make me think Shawne's official height is maybe a little bit too high,because i see Steven one hair under 6"3' next to Rob. They pretty much look the same.
What is harder to say is whether they're standing with the same posture or not, but yeah, Shawne may well be dropping more height and actually be a bit taller than him As for Steven, while he certainly doesn't look much more than 6'2 here, you have to take into account the fact that, according to Rob, there's a 4 degrees tilt against him.
That alone would give him back about an inch, I reckon, making him nearer 6'3. Then add a fraction for posture, and it's certainly not that hard to believe he would still measure over 6'3. Makes Merriman the He can't stand it when someone sees a different perspective than him. The majority of us here see Seagal edging out Shawne even with the pic adjusted. Now if that were all the evidence I had to go on, I would probably raise an eyebrow.
We have to take into account how he looks in other pics as well and take into account pics. He actually said Seagal seems to be dropping about 2 cm. As for Seagal and Merriman, I still think he'd edge Merriman by a [wig] hair speaking figuratively, but hopefully someone finds out what kind of footwear they had. Merriman and Seagal were both in normal looking shoes, I doubt much between them really.

To me, Seagal still looks taller in the adjusted perspective pic which takes him down significantly. The eyes of Steven seems to me a little bit higher than Shawne's eyes,about 2 cm by considering their postures,that's why i guess Steven a little bit taller than Shawne. Get your eyes checked, it's good to have that done every once in a while. You might have astigmatism, cataracts or glaucoma, the doctor will then refer you forward so you can get things settled.
I wouldn't say either was definitely taller, but you could make an argument for each. For instance, I could ignore the panelling behind and say Seagal looks taller. I could take account of the panelling and say they were very close. Or I could say Merriman lost more height in posture and that he is taller.
I wouldn't insult anybody who argued any of those claims. Well, heights are still guesses. It helps if you have measured people at various heights, that gives you an idea how tall say 6 foot or 6ft 5 looks from your perspective, or beside other people whose height you know like friends.
