Eclipse is a selection of lost, forgotten, or overshadowed classics in simple, affordable DVD editions. Each Eclipse series is a brief cinematheque retrospective for the adventurous home viewer. We are unable to sell outside these territories on criterion. We are continuously working to acquire rights to films we want to add to the collection, and renew rights for films previously released that are now out of print. Whether we can reacquire those rights depends on the rights holder.

We know Criterion discs are not inexpensive, but we feel they are a good value. Good things to look for are the Criterion copyright and whether the specs for the audio, video, and special features match what appears on the film page on our website. Wholesale sales are final and nonreturnable. When a title is marked as Out of Print, it is often because we no longer hold the rights to release the film despite our best efforts to renew the license. If we should ever renew the rights to an Out of Print title, we will happily rerelease the edition. When a title is marked as Currently Unavailable, we are out of stock without an anticipated ETA for a restock.

We only ship our products within the United States and to Canada. What if I want to cancel an order? How much do shipping and handling cost? In-stock items sent via USPS usually arrive within 4 to 7 business days. If sent via UPS Ground, items usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days. In-stock items usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days. The cost above covers trackable shipping. It does not include any import taxes, customs duties, fuel surcharges, or brokerage fees levied by Canadian customs, which DHL collects from the recipient at the time of delivery.
As we are unable to determine what these fees may be you will be responsible for payment to DHL in order to receive your items. Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes in Canada.
